The breakfast was good at the desk, and the staff were delightfully helpful. Comfortable and perfect location, the hotel was minutes from a bus station. I found Holsteins offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue...

The place is little, the staff are helpful and friendly.
The rooms are modern and fine here with wi fi. The hotel serves satisfactory breakfasts. It has great location to see Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden.

Exploring Florence was fantastic, as I was just a short walk away from major attractions like the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella and the Gallerie Degli Uffizi. The proximity to shops and cafes made grabbing snacks easy. I really appreciated the clean rooms and the fresh air. the air conditioning worked well when set up properly. the room could have benefitted from a few more power outlets and better noise isolation which could make the experience even more enjoyable.

Location: the hotel was just off the centre of the city and the river and river, railway and restaurants and the central station and the city centre. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Il Vico del Carmine that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Convenient location close to local amenities.
The room was surprisingly small. The air conditioning did not function correctly, leaving the room uncomfortably warm . There were issues with the bathroom fixtures, including a broken toilet cover that could have been better maintained.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a computer with free wireless internet.
My room was not far from reception/breakfast room and in the morning the telephone and preparation for breakfast were audible.

I had such high hopes for this place, but the air conditioning barely worked, and I was sweating like crazy! The room was so cramped that opening my suitcase seemed like a circus act. Honestly, I can't believe I didn't get a free upgrade for all my troubles. I just couldn't give a good review after that. Please fix your standards, Borgo.

Staff is very kind and polite, good English, Hotel is nice, big clean room and bathroom, pretty good location close to old bridge and center, parking is not free but is in big garage just across the street, Internet is available (wireless) with a small complication about 4h availability and then you need to change usrn. and pass. Great coffee :)
Hotel is placed on 3rd (although it is written on 2nd) floor without elevator with pretty narrow stairs, so you might think twice about the number of bags that you want to carry on your trip :), but it is OK if you are not traveling with bulky luggage. Breakfast was very poor (nothing beside sweets like jam&honey and croissant), so you might consider eating your breakfast outdoors and staying just for the sleepover...

Charming stay in a local neighborhood
The staff's warmth made an impression, cute us with smiles and even accommodating a late check-in. Room was comfortable and clean. We loved the vibrant pub just across the street.
Finding the hotel was a bit tricky due to inconsistent street numbering, which could be confusing-Google Maps sent us to the wrong place initially.

Extremely helpful staff... They are always at customer's disposal to provide help for any matter... I thought that they are too good good to work for a poor hotel... Thanks a lot.. I take my hat off for them... Furthermore, location was quite good... 12 minute walk away from the heart of the city.
(1.) Stairs: You have to bring your climbing equipment since it will be like climbing a hill to reach the floor... If you have luggage, that would be a nightmare... (2.) Toilet: It was so small and narrow that you can have a bath and use the toilet within 1 meter. (3) Internet: It is like racing in formula one with a turtle... You should feel lucky if you can reach a website within 10 to 29 seconds. (4.) the room: It was simply small. (5.) value for money: little value delivered for the money paid.....

Altough at every hotel are boasting with a fast internet. There is nothing like this very often. The hotel Borgo doesnot have any funktioning one. Maybe is an internernet only for one PC in whole hotel. Our daughter was in the same time in another hotel with the same problem. She was ther for 2 week classes and need it very much.
At least one receptionst did not speak any important foreign language. That is a pity, e.g. by check out.
